Amicus Brief filed in the Oregon Suction Dredge Appeal

In my January 7 blogpost, I discussed the cert. petition filed in the Oregon suction dredge case. The American Mining Rights Association filed an amicus brief in support of granting cert. on Feb. 3. See link below for the brief. The State of Oregon waived its right to file any opposition to cert. If SCOTUS grants cert. in this case, it will get very interesting.
