Boring But Significant from the EPA

EPA announced today the release to the proposed 2020 Financial Capability Assessment, which is the EPA tool used by communities to plan for water infrastructure improvement. It was last updated in 2014. See https://www.epa.gov/waterfinancecenter/financial-capability-assessment-framework.


There will be a 30-day public comment period once it's published in the Federal Register.
