Interesting Article in Science re the 2020 WOTUS Rule

This short article written by a number of academics that published in a recent issue of science takes on many of the assumptions made by the prior administration in the promulgation of the new WOTUS rule. It's a good read, and provides a lot of good stats, such as the estimated percentage of wetlands dropped from CWA jurisdiction by the new rule (50%).
