New JD Case

Lewis v. USACOE, 2021 WL 1401756 (E.D. La. 2021) (after remand of JD to Corps, Corps properly handled remand by issuing new JD within the 60-day deadline set by the court rather than amend the previous one; plaintiff is now free to file a new challenge to the new JD; rejected argument that the constitutional claim evades review because plaintiff is free to seek judicial review of the new JD)
