The Future of the WOTUS Rule

The reporter Hannah Northey just published an article in E&E on the future of the WOTUS rule that is worth reading. She does a good job of making sense out of the litigation/political/rulemaking hash that we're all living with. Here's a link to the article.

On a related note, the next issue of NR&E will have an op ed by me opining on how to fix the WOTUS rule (and it doesn't involve the EPA or the Corps). I'll post a copy once it's published.
