Washington State Bill Introduced to Regulate Suction Dredging

As a follow-up to my last blogpost on the Oregon suction dredging case, a bill was just introduced in the Washington State legislature to require the state Department of Ecology to regulate suction dredgers and to ban the practice in endangered species critical habitat. Here is a link to the bill:
