Ryan & Kuehler attorneys have represented a broad range of clients across the country.  We have assisted clients in determining their water rights, advised ditch companies on large-scale infrastructure projects, and consulted with an irrigation company on wetlands issues. Ryan & Kuehler has also recently settled an SPCC case on behalf of a client involving an oil spill at a bulk fuel transfer facility, assisted a start-up company with effluent trading regulations, and advised a corporate board of directors on a multi-million dollar private equity transaction.  


Other matters  recently concluded by Ryan & Kuehler attorneys include the representation of a subpoened non-party witness in federal court, and the litigation of a complex legal malpractice/trusts & estate matter. In addition, Ryan & Kuehler attorneys provide estate planning services, assist clients in real estate transactions, and provide pro bono assistance to local non-profits on charter documents, trusts and estates matters, and advanced medical directives for indigent clients.
